Stable International operates independently and has a track record of innovation and development of leading, high-quality commercial property.

In the Netherlands and Belgium, Stable International was one of the first parties to develop the market for peripheral shopping properties on an exclusive basis. Clients include Toys‘R‘Us, Media Markt, Decathlon, and Marktkauf.

Stable International was the first to initiate and develop a Factory Outlet Centre in the Netherlands. In 2001, Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet in Lelystad, the Netherlands, opened its doors to the public. Recently, Phase III of Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet was opened on 2 April 2009. In 2010 and 2011, Fashion Outlet Centres will be realised in Wiedemar, near Leipzig, Germany, and Montabaur, near Frankfurt, also in Germany.

Stable International also develops shopping centres, lifestyle centres, and mixed-use centres across Europe. Batavia Event and Exhibition Centre and Stable’s collaboration in the development of Batavia Haven – a luxury apartment complex with more than 400 apartments and a view across the new marina – represent the further expansion of Stable’s product portfolio.

Developments are financed in a risk-bearing way or in close cooperation with partners. An important aspect of Stable's corporate philosophy is the involvement in the management of the developed centres; this way, high levels of finishing, growth and profits of the centres are ensured.

Stable International’s head office is located in the Netherlands.
